Loykrathong Festival
This festival will be celebrated on the full moon in November (12th full moon). Loy Krathong means to pay respect to the goddess of the river by floatting a banana leaf cup which . people place a candle and incense in it. As they loy krathong they ask for forgiveness in polluting the river and also for good luck in the coming months.

It's local traditional ordination in Sri Satchanalai district. It takes place every 7th April each year. The ceremony includes a parade of novices ridding elephant. | | | | | |  | Phra Mae Ya and Red Cross Fair
The fair is held annually at the beginning of Febuary. People come to pay homage to Phra Mae Ya. There are lots of activities, like selling stuff from private sector and government offices, and activities from the red cross. This is a mountain hike climbing to the peak of khao Luang (moutain). About 1,200 meters high, This activity is held on Saturday of the second week in December at Ramkhamhaeng National Park. | | | | | |  | Songkran Festival at Sawankhalok District
Song Kran festival is held at Muang Sawankhalok municipality school. The activities are a parade of Nang Songkran from communities, food booth, and water pouring to monks and senior citizens.
